Great book for any aspiring graffiti artist great to just browse through let your mind wander if not for just imagination and inspiration for your own work.

This book was everything I expected it would be. Having already got the first of the Street Sketchbooks I was keen to see more developmental work and this provided it in spades. For anyone more interested in the raw, more paper-based side of things this book has a lot to give and as an artist who works more on paper than brick walls I still found it very inspirational. There is a broad range of styles on offer and the artists included come from all over the world making for a fascinating glance not only at street art but local politics and culture as well, all filtered through vivid imaginations. The images range from rough sketches to beautifully photographed finished pieces and the accompanying text is informative and inspirational. A must have for anyone who creates or appreciates!

absolutly unbelieveable! i cannot believe that such a quality book is being sold at such a low price. some amazing street artists (not just ur run of the mill graffiti artists) from around the world all with some very unique styles, using schools such as fine art, graphics and illustration. i was going to go down to my local book shop and pay £30 for this but i amazed to see it here for a lot less! definatly worth a look for any art student wanting a modern perspective on some styles.

I really like this book, and have had it for about a year. I recently dug it out again, searching for some eye candy, and it dawned on me that only 4 women are featured! This is a big book that covers a huge array of styles from all over the world, so to only have a few token female artists is quite disappointing. However, that aside, it's a great book full of inspiration and weirdness.

An outstanding new book on the subject of art. This book looks at the often overlooked subject of the sketchbook as integral to the artistic process. The images and artworks included are contemporary and provide a new perspective on the subject. This book is written with creativity, commitment and integrity and would be an invaluable resource for all art students and artists.

I bought this book a year ago now, and let me say it has been read and re-read many a time, showcasing plenty of street artists, but not much of their street art, their actual rough sketchbook work where they get the ideas for the big wall pieces, the drawings are amazing and there is plenty of variety and loads of pages, and at 9.97!? Bargain. I promise you if you like illustration and street art, and probs graphic design as a whole you will love this book and it is amazing, I only wish i could find more like it.

I bought this book as a present for someone creative and I was really impressed with it. It's chock full with pictures and ideas and inspiration. It also covers a wide range of artists from all over the world with lots of different styles so there is something for everyone, even me, and I'm not particularly into street art.

This is great for inspiration, seeing art in different forms can only help to appreciate how much talent is out there.
